The world only road stud which passed Million-Times – over running test

In order to prove the durability of SIGLITE 360° Tempered Glass Road Stud, we commissioned a test laboratory to carry out a comparative over running test of :
1) Our SIGLITE product
2) A plastic pavement marker (complying with ASTM D4280)
3) Reflective pavement tape (USA famous brand)
All the above products were all subjected to the same test criteria using a wheel loading of 500 kgs at a speed of 70 km/hr.
The test results are as follow:
- SIGLITE: NO DAMAGE after 1 MILLION times over running passes.
- Plastic pavement marker: broken and came off after 56413 passes.
- Reflective pavement tape: Deformed after 10000 passes, totally broken after 30000 passes.
The conclusion of the test results, proves that “SIGLITE 360° Tempered Glass Road Stud” offers significant durability advantages ( and therefore cost benefits ) over both plastic road studs and high quality pavement tape.
