How to purchase a good quality of 360 degree glass road stud?

(1) The compressive strength should be 60 tons above.(Comply with ASTM D4280)
(2) Using a 1.04 kilogram steel ball to fell-in-down the center of road stud, it should not have any crack after the test.
(3) The glass road studs should be fully-tempered.
(4) The glass road studs should be self-colored. The color paint cannot be scraped off easily by a knife.
(5) The glass road studs should comply with CNS13762.
(6)A good product should pass the CE and ISO 9001 certificate.
(7) A good product should provide a five-years guarantee in highway, and two-years in roadway
